Mapping needs & goals

At this initial stage, we examine the existing manpower setup together with the client to identify gaps and assess the manpower requirements for any particular activity. After this mapping, we draft a document characterizing requirements and goals, which will be the basis for all our head-hunting, recruitment, and placement activity with the candidates.
Devising a recruitment plan

At this stage, we formulate the strategy underpinning the process, including defining the recruitment profiles, mapping the recruitment pools, building the framework of the campaigns and adverts, and defining the timetable and budget. At the end of this process, we prepare an organized plan detailing the milestones for the recruitment goals.
​Finding candidates

During this key stage, we identify candidates relevant to the recruitment requirement. To maximize the potential, we take full advantage of our extensive work ties with human resources agencies, specialist hothouses, universities, recruitment consultants, and head-hunters in many countries. After completing this process, we prepare an initial list of high-quality candidates for employment at your organization.
Screening and evaluating candidates

At this stage, the candidates who have passed the initial screening stage undergo a series of tests to examine their professional and personal capabilities in accordance with the client's needs, using a variety of tools such as questionnaires, in-depth interviews, assessment centers, and more. When screening and evaluation are complete, the client is given all the findings to enable a decision on signing a contract or continuing the screening process, if necessary.
