Global Crisis Manager
Position: Project Manager
An Israeli-international company is seeking a Global Crisis Manager.
Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive crisis management plans, including risk assessments, and recovery strategies.

Lead a team dedicated to identifying potential crises, formulating response plans and maintaining organizational reputation and operational continuity.

Monitor the progress of crisis response efforts, identify emerging issues, and adjust strategies as needed to address evolving circumstances.

Develop recommendations for enhancing crisis preparedness and response capabilities based on post-crisis evaluations and industry best practices.

The role requires managing crises across various locations; therefore relocation (within Europe) is optional. Ability to travel on a weekly basis is preferred.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Bachelor's degree.

Fluent in English.

Previous experience working in international environments.

Additional languages – Preferred.

Ability to work in unpredictable environments.

Experience in crisis management, emergency response, with a track record of successfully managing complex crises – Advantage. Previous experience is not mandatory.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate multi-functional teams during high-stress situations.
