Global Crisis Manager

Position: Project Manager

An Israeli-international company is seeking a Global Crisis Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive crisis management plans, including risk assessments, and recovery strategies.

  • Lead a team dedicated to identifying potential crises, formulating response plans and maintaining organizational reputation and operational continuity.

  • Monitor the progress of crisis response efforts, identify emerging issues, and adjust strategies as needed to address evolving circumstances.

  • Develop recommendations for enhancing crisis preparedness and response capabilities based on post-crisis evaluations and industry best practices.

  • The role requires managing crises across various locations; therefore relocation (within Europe) is optional. Ability to travel on a weekly basis is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Previous experience working in international environments.

  • Additional languages – Preferred.

  • Ability to work in unpredictable environments.

  • Experience in crisis management, emergency response, with a track record of successfully managing complex crises – Advantage. Previous experience is not mandatory.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate multi-functional teams during high-stress situations.
